Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking requests can be made with 24 hours notice and up to 30 days in advance. Bookings can be cancelled with a minimum 2 hours notice. Failure to cancel an appointment may result in mandatory deposits, no further bookings or a member ban. Rescheduling requests can be made with a minimum 12 hours notice.
