What Are Private Requests?
A More Personal Way to Connect
Private Requests give clients a discreet and convenient way to express their interest in meeting a participating provider. Instead of sending a generic message, clients can share important details such as their preferred date, location and the experience they are looking for.
Private Requests are available to members with VIP Client Access and are received by providers with Professional Access or Elite Professional membership.
A Private Request is not an automatic or confirmed booking. Each provider remains fully independent and decides whether to accept the request for further communication or whether to respond at all. If both members wish to continue, the provider and client communicate directly.
Candy Kisses Online provides the introduction—not the arrangement. We are not an agency, do not negotiate business terms on anyone’s behalf and never take a percentage of a provider’s earnings.

Concierge Support offers personalized assistance to members who would like a little extra help navigating Candy Kisses Online or sending a Private Request.
VIP Client Access members may ask our support team to help prepare and submit up to three Private Requests each month. We can help you identify participating providers, organize the details of your request and make sure your message includes the information a provider needs to consider it.
Our concierge team provides administrative support only. We do not choose providers for clients, confirm availability, negotiate rates or make arrangements on behalf of either member. Providers always remain in complete control of their services, communication and final decisions.
Concierge Support is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time, offering friendly guidance while respecting the privacy, independence and boundaries of every community member.
