Membership features, pricing, and benefits may change over time.

Paid subscriptions grant access to Platform tools and features only. They do not guarantee outcomes, transactions, responses, or earnings.

 

5. Billing & Payments

By purchasing a paid membership:

  • you authorize recurring billing where applicable

  • fees are charged according to the selected plan

  • subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal

  • taxes may apply where required

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

 

6. Independent Users & No Agency Relationship

All providers and members using the Platform act independently.

Candy Kisses Online:

  • does not assign clients or opportunities

  • does not negotiate rates

  • does not guarantee requests or outcomes

  • does not manage personal work arrangements

  • does not take a percentage of member earnings unless separately disclosed for a specific optional service

Nothing on the Platform creates an employment, agency, brokerage, or partnership relationship between users and Candy Kisses Online.

 

7. Private Requests & Communication Tools

The Platform may offer tools allowing members to send private requests or inquiries.

Use of these tools is subject to the following:

  • all requests are user-initiated

  • no request is guaranteed acceptance or response

  • providers independently review and decide whether to respond

  • Candy Kisses Online is not a party to user interactions

Users are solely responsible for their communications and decisions.

 

8. Assistant / Support Services

The Platform may offer administrative support features through Assistants.

Assistants may help users with:

  • navigation

  • feature explanations

  • technical support

  • account guidance

Assistants do not:

  • book on behalf of users

  • negotiate arrangements

  • coordinate between members

  • represent any member

  • guarantee outcomes

 

9. User Content

Users may post profiles, listings, blog content, comments, or other materials.

You agree not to post:

  • false or misleading information

  • defamatory or abusive content

  • harassment or threats

  • unlawful material

  • content infringing another person’s rights

  • spam or deceptive promotions

We reserve the right to edit, moderate, restrict, or remove content at our discretion.

 

10. Community Standards

All users agree to engage respectfully.

We prohibit:

  • harassment

  • bullying

  • body shaming

  • hate speech

  • interruptions or service outages
