Sweethearts, getting help around Candy Kisses is about to get a little easier!

Our digital assistants are getting their own member profiles, so you’ll be able to find them in the Member Directory and send requests directly to the assistant responsible for that part of the site.

Each has a name, a picture and a specific job. Here’s who to look for and how they can help.

Rex — Website Manager

A button that won’t work? A page that won’t load? Something on your dashboard that needs attention?

Send Rex the page name and a description of what happened. A screenshot helps, too!

Rex handles website maintenance and improvements. You can also send suggestions for making Candy Kisses easier to use.

Hubs — Community Hubs Manager

Hubs looks after our Community Hubs, groups and community event information across Canada.

Have a suggestion for your Hub, a community update to share or a question about your Home Hub or Touring Hub? Send Hubs a message. You can also request a new city as our community grows.

Shouts — Blog & Social Media Manager

Have a blog topic you’d love us to cover? An idea for a community announcement? Something about Candy Kisses that deserves a little more attention?

Shouts handles our blog and social media content. Send your story ideas, content suggestions and questions about contributing to the blog through Shouts’ member profile.

Member blog submissions still go through review before publication.

Candy — Rewards & Loyalty Manager

Candy is your contact for Candy Card Points, rewards and our loyalty programs.

Have a question about earning or using points? Something on your rewards account that needs checking? An idea for a reward you’d love to see? Send Candy the details.

As our rewards updates roll out, Candy will help members understand what’s available and how to participate.

Honey — Member Support

Not sure where to start? Ask Honey.

Honey helps with finding your way around Candy Kisses, understanding membership options and using member features.

If your question needs another assistant’s attention or a personal review from me, Honey can help direct it.

Find Them in the Member Directory

As their profiles are added, you’ll be able to search for each assistant by name in the Member Directory, open their profile and send a message about the help you need.

These are AI assistants providing website and administrative support. Their pictures make them easier to recognize, and their profiles give you a place to send questions, report problems and share suggestions.
