Our Updated Membership System Is Now Live

We officially launched our updated subscription structure across the platform, creating clearer membership pathways and expanded visibility opportunities for members.

These memberships were designed to better support community growth, member visibility, networking opportunities, and platform sustainability moving forward.

Free Professional Access Is Still Available

One thing that has not changed is our commitment to rewarding active members.

Members who accumulate 80 Candy Card Points can still unlock Professional Access for free.

We believe active participation within the community should continue creating real opportunities for members who help the platform grow.

Our New Rewards System Rolled Out May 1st

On May 1st, we officially launched our updated Candy Card Points system.

The updated rewards model was designed to create a more sustainable long-term structure while continuing to reward meaningful member participation.

Members can earn points through:

• Referrals

• Approved promotional campaigns

• Approved blog posts

• Community participation

• Platform engagement

Points can be used toward monthly memberships across the platform.

Administrative Support Is Now Active

We are also excited to announce that our new member support systems are now officially active.

Sweet Support

Sweet Support is now available through member chats for members needing general platform assistance, navigation help, and community support.

Concierge Support

Members with eligible access can now connect with Concierge Support through our new toll-free support line available:

9am–9pm PST | Monday–Saturday

This support system was designed to provide additional administrative assistance for members using the platform and Private Request systems.
