VIP Members receive access to two core client-focused services designed to make communication and connection easier:

  • Access to submit Private Requests

  • Concierge Support through our toll-free support line


Access to Private Requests

VIP Member Access is currently required for clients who wish to submit Private Requests through Candy Kisses.

Private Requests allow client members to discreetly submit inquiries through our platform using a more structured communication process.

This system was designed for clients who may feel more comfortable using a guided request process rather than reaching out independently.


What Is Concierge Support?

VIP client members also receive access to Concierge Support through our toll-free support number available Monday to Saturday from 9am–9pm PST.

Concierge Support is an administrative support service designed to help client members navigate the platform and assist with submitting Private Requests when needed.

As part of VIP Member Access, client members receive:

  • Access to our toll-free Concierge Support line

  • Help navigating Private Requests

  • Up to 3 support-submitted Private Requests per month

This service is designed to create a smoother and more comfortable experience for clients who prefer a little extra assistance while using the platform.
